What exactly is Piton?
A pre-charting system for skilled-nursing and long-term-care rounding. It turns a patient’s existing facility record into a consistent, review-ready pre-chart before you round, so your notes are waiting when you log in. It is not an in-room ambient scribe and not transcription.
Do I still review the notes?
Always. Piton prepares a review-ready draft; you review and finalize every chart. The physician stays in control of the record.
Is my patients’ data secure?
We run on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure, we sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with every customer, and patient data is processed in the United States. See the Security page for details.
Which EHRs do you support?
